Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all users of our app, including Shopify merchants installing and using the app ("Merchants").

When We Collect Data

• When you first install the app, we will scan all pages of your store.
• When pages in your store are updated, we will obtain the content of the updated pages.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our app's core functionality, including AI page diagnostics, AI crawler compatibility analysis, and AI-friendly agentic page generation.

• Merchant Account Data: Name, store URL, store ID, and account settings.
• Store Content Data: Product information, page content, metadata, page structure, and themes.
• Usage Data: Technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, and app interaction logs.
• Log Data: Automatic data related to app performance, feature usage, errors, and diagnostic events.

We do NOT access or process customer personal data (such as names, emails, order history, payment information), order data, inventory data, or other sensitive merchant data not required for core functionality. All API usage complies with Shopify's API Terms and Platform Policies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app's core functionality
• Analyze page health and AI crawler compatibility
• Generate and manage AI-optimized mirror pages
• Utilize theme, navigation, product and content permissions solely to improve AI crawler crawling efficiency — no structural or visual modifications will be made to your store layout
• Improve service performance, security, and user experience
• Comply with legal requirements and Shopify platform policies

We do not sell your personal data or Merchant data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Subprocessors

We may share data only with trusted subprocessors necessary to operate the service, including:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting and data storage)
• AI service providers (for page diagnostics and AI page generation)
• Technical service providers (for security, logging, and error monitoring)

All subprocessors are bound by written data processing agreements and comply with applicable data protection laws.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Shopify, as required to enable app integration and comply with Shopify API terms.
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under confidentiality obligations.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your information, no data transmission over the Internet is fully secure.

Data Storage

Your data is securely stored using Amazon Web Services. We take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place.

Data Retention

We retain Merchant Account Data for up to 7 days after app uninstallation, and Usage/Log Data for up to 365 days. When you uninstall the app, we will delete or anonymize your store data in line with Shopify's GDPR and data protection requirements.

Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal information.
• Request deletion or restriction of data processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Object to certain types of data processing.

Shopify GDPR Webhook Compliance

We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks, including customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact, and process such requests within required timeframes.

AI Training and Data Usage

We do not use merchant store data, page content, or diagnostic data to train general AI models for third parties or unrelated purposes. All data processing is limited to providing, maintaining, and improving the app's features for your store.

Do Not Track (DNT)

We do not currently respond to DNT signals but are monitoring developments in privacy practices for potential future responses.

We use cookies to enhance your experience.

You have the option to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, this may impact the functionality of our services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
